Conditions of Use

Pricing and Payment.

All prices are in UK Pounds and inclusive of VAT and are listed with the item descriptions.
You are welcome to pay using:

• All major credit and debit cards via PayPal or in only a few clicks using Pay Pal Express if you already have a Pay Pal account.
• Request an invoice by choosing the Cheque or Postal Order option in the checkout - stock will be reserved for you and we'll email you an invoice with a payment link from Tide, where you can make payment on their secure servers if you prefer not to use PayPal - Your order will be dispatched once your payment arrives with us.

Dispatch.

- All items will be dispatched within a few working hours of receipt of payment wherever possible.
- We have all of the items we sell in stock and our real time stock levels are shown with the item descriptions so you can be assured that we can dispatch your item to you quickly.
- No item will be dispatched until full payment is received.
- In the event that the courier (Royal Mail) is unable to deliver to you and needs to return the item to their local depot, you will need to collect the item from that depot or to liaise with the depot to arrange re-delivery.

Deliveriy Charges.

- Our packaging and delivery charges are per order for UK delivery and by item weight for deliveries outside of the UK.

• UK Delivery by Royal mail: Tracked-48 £3.92
• EU Delivery by Royal Mail's Small Packet Airmail Service: 1st Item £3.61: each additional item + £2.61
• R.O.W Delivery by Royal Mail's Small Packet Airmail Service: 1st Item £4.89: each additional item + £3.89

If you require an alternate carrier or different delivery service please email enquiries@bikes-n-co.co.uk to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Returns.

- We offer a no quibble returns policy and you are welcome to return any item which is not as you expected or that you find to be unsuitable when it arrives for a full re-fund of the item price provided it is returned in re-saleable condition and is returned within 14 days from receipt.
- If you wish to return an item, please please email enquiries@bikes-n-co.co.uk to let us know it is being returned and return it with your full name and address to:

Defects.

- All of the products we offer are thoroughly tested and assessed and are often used for prolonged periods by one of us to prove their usability before we decide it is good enough to include in our range.
- All products are individually hand packed and inspected prior to dispatch in order to further assure the quality of the item you receive.
- In the unlikely event of any of our products being defective (Excluding defects or damage arising from misuse) we will replace or re-fund by return.

Limitation of Liability.

NB: In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of any of our products, web site or associated services including, without limitation, any loss or damage resulting even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
